I can't WAIT!

Well, Tanner got his Residency acceptance to his pediatric dentistry specialty program this last Monday! We were starting to go crazy waiting for it to come. It felt like a Christmas Eve as a 7 year old all over again. We have five different places we could have gone to and just had to wait to see where they wanted us. Much to our delight we got our first program choice...University FLORIDA! We are so excited for a fun change and a great program for Tanner to attend. When Tanner read the email at 8:00 am he shouted so loud our neighbor, Emily, could hear him and ran over to see our results too! (yes our walls are very thin) We can't wait to try a new place and enjoy the sunshine (especially since it has been like 0* most of this week here in Nebraska). It'll be fun as long as I don't get eaten by a gator ;)

Here are some other things goin' on at our house!

Everyone got sick over and over this month. We went to the doctor 4 times this week. I think we are finally on the up. As you can see Afton is feeling a little better.

Liam loves to help in the kitchen so after some friends gave us some felt food we made our own little "kitchen in a box"He loves it and makes a "sandwich" everyday.

Since Liam is into cooking and for some reason very into bears, we made "bear bread." SO fun and it turned out great. It's all he could talk about all day.

Afton has made a new friend

Liam got a REAL haircut for the FIRST time ever! I wish I had the better picture, but forgot to download it. But this one shows how much hair he actually had and didn't even know it. He had the sweetest baby hair curls I almost couldn't cut them off. He looks like such a real kid now. No more baby. I guess that's the way it goes when you're almost 3!

My recent and only craft project for a while. I have a couple of great friends who are HArry Potter nerds with me so I had to try these out and give them to them.

Well, that's about it. Doin' pretty good and on the days we're not I just dream of Florida...
