New Year, New Adeventures!

Christmas was such a fun break and great time. We got a chance to visit my family in Utah for a bit and we loved being there. Holly, Grant  and the rest of the clan were so great. They baby-sat and entertained our littles a ton. Liam was in LOVE and I mean in LOVE with the snow, which he calls "shnow" and eats it anytime he walks past it. Pretty hilarious little guy (or not so hilarious when he's trying to get the snow on the sheep at the Nativity presentation on Temple Square that everyone is watching. Yep, that was a close one.) He loves Grandpa and ran to give him a big hug every time he walked in the door. I think Grandma and Afton did a little bonding this trip. Grandma is pretty good at feeding those little babies all her yummy cooking. Not to mention how much we enjoyed it too!  Robbie And Katie's Lucy is a doll, but Affy just liked attacking her--Sorry Luce. And Tanner realized his new love for cycling. One of the best things about our trip was getting a little Tanner/Jenny time--A REAL LIFE DATE! it was so great and sorely needed. THANK YOU!

Wow! Can you believe it is 2013? I can't! Our family has been waiting/working for this year for pretty much the whole time we have even been a family. This year Tanner will graduate from Dental School! I have so many different thoughts on that subject, but that might have to wait for a later post. Maybe when graduation actually happens. Yesterday, I was talking to Tanner about all we have coming up this year. I always try to have something to look forward to every semester to kind of get me through the busyness and confusion of the days and give myself better long-term perspective. As we were talking about this last semester in Dental School I realized I have so much great stuff to look forward to. I'm pretty sure I won't have to worry about "getting through" this semester. Here is our list of upcoming events for the Bennion family circus:

-January (28): Tanner finds out the results of the Pediatric Residency Match (Basically, where we'll be for the next two years).
-February: Liam turns 3!
-March: Afton turns 1!!, 2 week trip to Montana for Tanner's externship
-April: Easter, packing, SPRING
-May: Graduation, moving to somewhere...

I can hardly believe all that is happening to our little family. It's kind of overwhelming at times, but so exciting. I can't wait for the next journey we'll have together!
