DISNEY WORLD!

SO...Tanner had a week break between Spring and Summer semesters starting May 11. We were trying to think of something fun to do and were joking about how fun a cruise would be. Since that was never going to happen, I said something about how fun it would be to go to Florida to visit my best friend Cassie. I also thought this was a rediculous suggestion, but whatever. Tanner checked the flights just for fun and amazingly they were SUPER afforable. So I called up Cassie to see if we could come visit. She said YES, so we began planning! It just so happens that her husband Jacob works at Disney World and gets friends and family in free-only the special ones of course :). So Cassie and Jacob helped us plan some fun time there. Planning the trip was almost as much fun as going because all four of us were SO SUPER EXCITED!

We left Tuesday after Liam's baby Blessing and all the parents went home. We had everything pretty ready to go, but our sweet little boy decided that of all the nights he didn't want to sleep until 2:00am (he usually went to bed at 11:00pm). Tanner so sweetly rocked him and snuggled him and even sang to him in Portugese. It was really cute to watch. Liam actually laughed like crazy at him, but finally went to sleep. And we left at 7:00am the next morning for Omaha!
After all the rediculous security Liam had his first plane ride. He did amazingly well. He slept through most of it and nursed during the rest. He never cried or hardly budged. We were so grateful! Maybe the late night was a blessing in disguise...

Liam is now officially apart of the Mickey Mouse Club!

Us and our great friends at the Magic Kingdom. We got there on Cassie's birthday. I think it felt more like a birthday present for us because of all the fun we had with them.

Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too!

Our little family in Marocco at Epcot. Liam wasn't in the mood. He'd rather sleep- boring!

At the Animal Kingdom. This was the only day we had a meltdown. He decided to wake up and cry hysterically during the Lion King Show so we had to leave five minutes in. Oh, well, that's what you get for taking a two month old.

Tanner in front of Cinderella's castle. He was a great baby dad carrying him in the pouch all over the place. It was a great way to take him on rides. Thanks Cassie and Jacob's for the great advice!
My and Liam at the Sports Resort where we stayed.

We were so lucky to have Cassie and Jacob. They were so awesome to do so much for us and we had such a good time with them. We hope to make this a tradition :)
