Sundazzzz

Well, apparently I am in trouble for taking a break from the blogging world (not that I'm real consistent any ways). Because not only did my mom and sister give me a hard time, which I would expect because I thought they were the only ones who even looked at it, but no, my brother even told me off for not being on top of it. Man, apparently this is more important than I thought. So, Grant, this one's for YOU!

Sundays are...... wonderful, well, sort of. I'd like to say I always look forward to them, but when it comes to my wild boy it's not the easiest of days. (other than that they are wonderful of course :) As many mothers have discovered, nap time and lunch time get a little mixed up because of church. So, in short Liam fought me like crazy and had no nap--prediction for a long day.

To keep me from going crazy I had to think of something for him to do. Thanks to the internet and my pregnancy brain blunder of accidentally buying plain yogurt instead of vanilla yogurt the other day, I found this goofy edible activity---Yogurt Painting!

Just add a LITTLE food coloring to the yogurt and they have a fun, edible entertainment.

Here's the evidence:

Since, he does put EVERYTHING in his mouth this was perfect! He had to try it but didn't love the plain yogurt any more than me.

I don't think you can see it, but he did paint his belly too. Then Dad came home and added to it with a smiley face belly button.

By the end of the day he finally succumbed and fell asleep at 6:00 watching Ratatouille. That is the first time he has ever just fallen asleep somewhere since he was a baby baby.

What a funny guy.

Wow, what a great idea! Sweet little Liam...yep, it sure is a fight on Sundays sometimes with little ones. :) But at the end of the day when they conk out they are as sweet as angels! Miss you guys. And congrats on the new little one! I can't wait to hear what it is!

what a sweet little boy! Church really messes them up, I totally know what you mean! I sometimes feel like I don't hear any of the lessons because I'm wrestling Elsie, or out feeding her, or walking the halls to get her to stop crying! Oh well, at least we are there right? That's what counts! I love the edible yogurt, you are such a good mom! I bet he had so much fun with that!
